Ms. Moulton's practice is concentrated in the areas of employment, general liability, medical malpractice and civil rights law. She obtained a B.A. in English from Eastern Nazarene College in 1979 and her M.A. in Counseling and Guidance in 1981 from Ohio State University. She received her J.D. from the University of Arizona in 1990. She has been in private practice in Albuquerque since her admission to the New Mexico State Bar in 1990. She is a member of the Albuquerque and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before all New Mexico State courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Ms. Moulton has been a frequent lecturer on various topics in employment law, including such issues as the interface between FMLA, ADA and state workers' compensation.
